Human-Nature-Comes-to-Washington-DC-427-20010101

Human Nature, Australia's #1 pop vocal group with millions of albums sold worldwide, is in the midst of their first-ever U.S. tour, a new album, The Motown Record, PBS TV Special, DVD and an appearance on ABC's Dancing With The Stars.  The tour comes to Warner Theatre in Washington DC for one show only on Friday, April 27 at 8:00pm.  Tickets: $37-$62 are available online at Ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800-745-3000.

Exploring their "passion for singing great harmony and inspired by the extraordinary music of Motown, brothers Andrew and Mike Tierney teamed up with high-school mates, Phil Burton and Toby Allen. They would go on to form the international pop vocal group sensation Human Nature: releasing nine albums, five of which went to No. 1 in their native continent, selling millions of records worldwide and garnering 23 platinum awards, 70 Top 40 hits and five Top 10 hits."

Released last month, Human Nature's first U.S. release, The Motown Record (Universal Music Enterprises)is a classic yet modern take on the Motown hits that influenced generations, featuring songs originally made famous by artists like The Four Tops, The Supremes, The Temptations and Stevie Wonder including the bonus track "Get Ready," a song they recorded with the legendary Smokey RobinsonHuman Nature brings their fresh soulful vocal style to classics like  "Baby I Need Your Loving," "My Girl," "Uptight (Everything's Alright)," and "Stop! In The Name Of Love."  Their DVD, Human Nature Sings Motown, was produced by longtime Grammy Awards show producer Ken Ehrlich and features a full concert by the group, a special appearance by Smokey Robinson, plus 40 minutes of bonus content.

Smokey Robinson was so impressed with their talent and love for singing Motown, he worked together with Human Nature and now presents their celebration of the Motown sound in an exclusive run at Las Vegas'Imperial Palace, where they consistently have played to sold-out crowds for more than two years.   Human Nature and their full band are on their first U.S. tour through the end of the year, in addition to their Las Vegas schedule.
