Transform returns with a powerful international performance festival, its most ambitious edition yet, presenting a programme of daring theatre, dance, parties and adventures. The festival fuses explosive new commissions with UK premieres from artists spanning five continents, bringing together everyone from first time community performers to renowned international names for a festival that pushes boundaries and borders.

The Shakespeare Theatre Company announces an enriched 2012-2013 schedule for Happenings at the Harman, a free programming series featuring cross-genre performances by local artists. Interested parties can bring a bag lunch on their midday break to see performances by musicians, dancers, puppeteers and genre-mixers lasting one hour or less Wednesdays at noon in The Forum in Sidney Harman Hall (610 F St. NW).
